I had good relationships with people that work there.

Cons

Honestly, it's just disappointing that the CEO do not listen or trust their employees. There's an amazing team of passionate people that work there, but they're all so exhausted and micromanaged, and the office felt like a pit of despair. There was a point where I highly recommended working there but certainly not this time.

Throws you into stressful situations that makes for good character building, I suppose.

Cons

There was a significant lack of leadership on the ground. During my employment with Savant Learning Systems, I felt demeaned and underappreciated. The CEO was nothing less than a bully. In addition incompetent people are promoted, competent are taken advantage off. All in all, I wouldn't recommend anyone to work here.
