Pros
Savant is a great company to work for. We have amazing benefits that I am so grateful for. Pre COVID, when large gatherings were allowed there were always fun company activities. Our paid time off is very generous. I am always learning something new so I am never bored. Savant provides internal advancement and opportunities to develop. Savant employees care about each other and It is very nice to have that quality with co-workers. I disagree with the negative posts about the company. Not only did Savant reinstate our salaries back to pre COVID rates, they also paid us back for the loss of earnings during that short period of time. Therefore, there was no salary reduction in the end. I did not see the initial reduction as greed... The entire country is in a pandemic.
