Peers care about quality of work they do. Majority of people working at Savant are very easy to work and get along with and work with. Open to worker input for changes in policy and process

Cons

It feels like a lot of the "fixes" to internal problems are overly reactionary or temporary stopgap. Sometimes the clients dictate how the business is run. The customer is always mentality right may go a little too far at times.
