Pros

Everyone in the company recruits in their own market including the MD and gives a genuinely consultative service rather than transactional recruitment. If you think something will work you'll be allowed to pick it up and run with it instead of having to go through several layers of management to get approval.

Cons

Smaller consultant network sometimes means you need to put more time into filling roles than a corporate.
