Innovative, room for advancement if you're good at what you do.

Cons

CEO is out of touch with his sales and tech teams. Often forcing middle management info a direction that will ultimately fail and eventually have to backtrack.

Pros

Interesting space to work in (home automation). Some nice, smart people.

Cons

Management is very poor. Poor planning, poor execution, when things to do slow or bad, the default is to go into finger pointing mode. No effort to improve process.
