CEO is out of touch with his sales and tech teams. Often forcing middle management info a direction that will ultimately fail and eventually have to backtrack.

- Working with industry leading home automation products and services. - Free to use home automation gear while employed. - Great co-workers that are very supportive.

Cons

- No room for upward movement unless you have an in with upper management. - Lack of proper design lifecycles for current products as resources get poured into new products and endeavors. - No annual cost of living expense pay increases. - No available merit increases on any schedule. - An HR team that does not take responsibility for any issue that they can blame another entity for. - No motivation to continue work toward advancement in a career, to include but not limited to, tuition reimbursement, basic technology improvement, basic technology in-services or boot-camps, etc.
