You get salary on time. They will try to hold your last paycheck so beware and keep records.

Cons

Treat H1B employees like a nobody because they know its not easy to transfer jobs. They only care about making money. They will even fight with you for 50 cents and make your lives miserable. Absolute rude account managers and management simply don't care about you.
