not sure if there was any pros other than some individual employees. Puzzles me how they were able to get loyal and hardworking employees

Pros

The management team and marketing are quit approaching. They will update you for your all requests. Big prime vendors like Tek Systems, Expris, etc. able to lend great interviews as well as Good, long term projects, specially banking sectors. I personally respect the straightforward policy. Awesome, H1b record.

Cons

Training and marketing needs to get pace.

Worst Marketing, just they send resume to their vendors that's all they do. I been looking for project from 3 months in NJ but there is no luck... Not even a single call has been scheduled. Referred couple of guys by assuming they are good at marketing looking but no luck over there too... Worst
