Pros
It's the smallest company I have ever worked for, but because of that, there is the least amount of bureaucracy that I've ever had to deal with. The management really trusts and relies on their employees for their recommendations, and I feel empowered to really make a difference for the company.
Cons
Because we are a small, growing company, there is plenty of work to do, but we could use more people on staff to do it. And it is sometimes frustrating when I want to get things done at a faster pace, but I am one person doing the work of a team of 3 or 4.
