      Pros

      At Saven, we get to work with top clients across the globe and there are tons of interesting things to learn from here. Apart from that, they provide competitive perks and benefits like bonuses, incentives, performance rewards, Health care & Insurance, Maternity & Paternity Leave and most importantly, flexibility and a good leave policy. It's the best company with the best culture and a pleasant work environment. I joined as a fresher here with good pay and completely appreciate the hike I have given after a year.

      There's no good reason that I could recommend

      Cons

      1. No proper coordination between management 2. Unnecessary deductions in salary 3. Not good work culture 4. No benefits nor good incentives 5. Won't appreciate the work 6. I could say time-passers can join but not hard-workers 7. Doesn't provide incentive as per given incentive policy 8. They do fire the employees without proper reason They can mention silly reason to fire employees

And I can unequivocally mention here that for every person we had to let go, we have given the necessary feedback to the concerned person and you must have also got it. If not, please reach out to the HR team and we will help you with the same. Moreover, we have the best incentives and benefits that any other company has to offer. If you are not aware of it or were not given the due incentive, please reach out to HR, and will definitely take care of it.
