      Pros

      The interview process felt personal and engaging; the interviewer genuinely cared about understanding my skills and aspirations. Communication was clear and timely at every step, which made the entire experience stress-free. The interviewers asked meaningful, role-specific questions and also gave me insights into the company culture. The onboarding after selection was smooth and welcoming. It made me feel like I was part of the team already.

      I haven't noticed any cons as of now. Everything seems structured to date.
