      Pros

      Senior management is fantastic, providing greater autonomy to the leaders and professionals and majorly influencing the excellent and caring culture. You will get to work with the latest technologies. You will be pushed out of your comfort zone, which will help you to be better at your skills. My journey with Saven has been so smooth right from the day of the interview. The team is always there whenever you face any issue. Happy that I’m part of their team. Not only I’ve learned a lot but also experimented and grown in my career. The other highlight of this company is the work culture.
