1. The management of Saven really care about us, helping us grow personally and professionally. 2. It feels good working here; they prioritize our well-being as they always say. 3. Managers are cool here. With their motivation, we get to think outside the box and share our ideas freely. 4. Last but not least, communication is open, which makes working together easy.

Cons

1. Sometimes, the workload gets huge and it demands our extra time. 2. It becomes hard to work here, if you don't have passion to learn new things. We will get massive support, though.

Saven is the best organization I've known so far. I've been working here for 6 years and I'm super satisfied with my work. We get the opportunities to learn, grow, experiment. Only a few companies give its employees freedom to do that, I'm lucky I joined this company. And the other pro is that the work environment is pleasant everyday, The company also offers many employee benefits.
