      There's no good reason that I could recommend

      Cons

      1. No proper coordination between management 2. Unnecessary deductions in salary 3. Not good work culture 4. No benefits nor good incentives 5. Won't appreciate the work 6. I could say time-passers can join but not hard-workers 7. Doesn't provide incentive as per given incentive policy 8. They do fire the employees without proper reason They can mention silly reason to fire employees

      I am disappointed to hear about this experience which you may have faced. And I can unequivocally mention here that for every person we had to let go, we have given the necessary feedback to the concerned person and you must have also got it. If not, please reach out to the HR team and we will help you with the same. Moreover, we have the best incentives and benefits that any other company has to offer. If you are not aware of it or were not given the due incentive, please reach out to HR, and will definitely take care of it.

      Pros

      The work environment is great, with a smooth work-life balance, recognition and rewards for good work at regular intervals. The leaves are pre-approved and management is supportive. This is an employee friendly company as the work culture, learning scope, and pay are relatively greater.

      Cons

      None as of now. Everything is good working with Saven.

      Best place to start your career with

      Pros

      Saven is a great place to start one's career with. Right from the interview to onboarding, the HR team guided me well and kept me posted with updates regularly. I've found the workplace fun and motivating. The company provides ample opportunities to work and learn.

      Cons

      The only con is the company doesn't provide a cab. However, calling out is not noteworthy as we're currently working from home.
