None at all. Just adding words to fill up the minimum number of words.

Cons

- Lacks of professionalism - No focus on the growth of employees - No employee engagement - The so called 'leaders' only care about the business, zero interest in the employees - Cheap crowd and a lot of groupism encouraged behavior - It's difficult to respect a 'manager' who can barely speak English and repetitively abuses the word 'Please'.
