      Pros

      It has been a pleasure working with Saven. Right from their short interview process to the thorough onboarding process, they maintain transparency and high professionalism. Every day at Saven goes exciting with challenges, growth and appreciation. I love how the management cares about all its employees and work-life balance.

      Cons

      The only con I have come across is that sometimes the days go really longer than usual. However, there will be learning too.

      Pros

      Well nothing is extraordinary here, like a very usual company with no benefits.

      Cons

      They won't care about how much you deserve. They will hide everything from you till you finalize the rate part without even knowing the client. I thought its a startup company and late got to know about my client which is a BIG company and might be paying almost double of what I got from them.
