      Pros

      I have been working this organisation more than 1 years. I believe & recommend Saven is good company for fresher's. You can groom yourself, take challenges of your work and also become good team player. The leadership gives a lot of opportunities to associates to develop into good Software Engineers and Managers. Learnt how to involve ourselves in an unknown world.

      Cons

      Need to work Long Hours when we need meeting the deadlines.

      There are many PROS but for me the standout ones are: -Support from Manager and higher management in all aspects -Work life balance -Transparency of the things

      Pros

      Great Work Culture, you are in charge of what you are doing and feel appreciated. There are opportunities for personal and career growth in every part as much as you can. Senior Developers are very good and will give maximum support in learning new technologies and working on new domains.
