Pros

A manager named Sonya -- Best manager I have ever had in my life. She made this location less of a nightmare to work for. Her professionalism was extremely refreshing.

Cons

Used probation in an illegal way, to discipline me for taking too many sick days in a row when I did not break contract or go over my alloted sick days. It is illegal to use probation in a disciplinary way that is not specified by contract, and this certainly was not. No scheduled breaks, employees not working in production often miss their breaks. One manager tried to tell me I cannot take breaks at all during workdays that are busy, and was upset when I quoted Ontario law to her regarding breaks. Very poor communication between management with each other and management with store owners. Crude language (even F-bomb) used in front of employees and customers on numerous occasions.
