Pros

A variety of people from everywhere all working together. They welcome people with English as a second language.. but will not promote you.

Cons

You can't buy the products (until it's been on sale for two days. Then someone else has bought it if it's good. Management don't care about or notice good workers they always demanding more to impossible standards. They have no compassion if you have to take time off to care for someone or be sick. They will give you a warning even if you have a doctors note. There is lots of gossip and dramas Pay is not enough to pay even the cheapest rent Management was laughing at someone because they looked different and other immature and negative or nasty things like that are common. That is their humour.
