Pros

Get bonuses even if the team members don't hit targets. Managers 2019 and prior were top notch.

Cons

Management that came in after 2019 wiped out three senior management who were trained for those positions. Unrealistic expectations of team members when product received was garbage. Pressure pricing to meet targets results in dollarama items being priced incorrectly.

Pros

Diversity within the community. You meet a lot of great people within the company as well as customers. For the most part it is a very "chill" job but there can be times you are exposed to things you don't necessarily get paid enough for as well as getting stuck for very long hours cleaning/ during seasonal times.

Cons

Management could do better. Most of the people who work there are fresh out of school, young kids, management was older however would be a lot more immature. There is a lot of favoritism and they can be very unprofessional, gossip, drama, etc.
