Management is very unorganized and unprofessional. They gossip to eachother like high school kids and take advantage of everyone including elderly and disabled people. I have not ever worked anywhere that has been as bad as savers has been. One boss will tell you one thing and then the next will tell you another. Production is like a sweatshop with people busting their behind for minimum wage. You would have more opportunities for growth and more money at Mcdonalds. Between the work load, the drama, the managers, and the pay; I would apply anywhere else before I would take a job at Savers. You get a 6 month review that doesn’t increase your 14$ an hour until you have been there for an entire year. And after a year you will gel not even 1$ increase. Please know if you put two weeks in they will not pay out any sick or vacation time earned. So use it before you put in two weeks. Also your discount doesn’t apply unless the product has been out on the sales floor for 2 days, but also they are told to get rid of things past two days.
