- Incredible team members (my location at least) - Flexible days and hours - Versatile roles as SA (cashier, fitting rooms, CDC, etc.)

Cons

- On-calls are the worst - Cranky customers complaining about high prices - Often understaffed - Halloween time = all hell breaks loose
