Pros

50% discount on clothes, 20-30% discount on other items. Breaks are well spaced apart (2 hours apart) easy to get full time

Cons

Over work you for WAY too little pay. They seriously need to be unionized. Employees complain that they have been waiting over a year to update their benefits. They are a for profit company that celebrates sales going up without rewarding the essential workers. Super insulting.

Pros

You can find some pretty cool stuff, and the discount is nice

Cons

Management is disorganized at best. Daily quotas were nearly impossible to hit given how much of donations are pure garbage. Management never seemed to care and would just tell us to process more.
