Pros

The best part about taking donations for Savers is that you make a difference. The cloths and small appliances are sold and the profit goes to help charities like Vietnam Veterans of America.

Cons

You work outside all day in hot or cold, rain or shine. If weather is too severe you lose the days pay, like the temperature drops below 10 degrees.

Pros

It's great when you have good management that can understand your point of view and support you. You can get more hours during busy season from Halloween to Christmas. Good people and great coworkers!

Cons

However, when it's slow, you can get scheduled for an "On Call". This means you must call the store an hour before you're suppose to start and the manager on duty decides if you are needed. If you have bad management, working can be distressful.

the reason to work value village is they follow the safety first rule, they have respect, it is attractive, and i apply on the career site they except me and they hire me ,they love me, am a hard worker ,

Cons

the down side of that company they have a security but the security is not strong, and the shop or the working area is to small and it 7s not conferrable 4o work or to move,
