Pros

Willingly trains people from all backgrounds and of all ages . Offers full time , part time and casual work . Most production managers do their best to be flexible and help staff who work around childcare . Do this and you’ll get healthier not sicker . It’s physical work but why not get paid to get fit rather than paying a gym?

Cons

Hard physical work . Try to balance hard work with getting on with the people you work with . This company wants a balance rather than just a hard worker .
