Pros

Good to work there as my first retail experience At the Luton branch Really good assistant manager

Cons

very very bad manager, back stabbing. Lots of back biting manager is very hard to please even while working lots of volunteery hours, shows no appreciation She would always brush you off whenever there's a problem tried to make things work.

Pros

Bonus, health coverage, RRSP matching, sick days, floater, discount and much more Looks like past TM'S forgot that valuevillage has great Values

Cons

This is a con but they don't hide the fact when hired that it's full time or part time employment. Yes, it is dirty at times but again it is a thrift store. It is in the job discription. They are cons but yet they do tell you up front.
