      Pros

      If you are at a location with a good team, the job can be alright. Halloween is a fun and hectic time.

      Cons

      It is retail and the customers can be extremely difficult. If you do not have a good team or management that supports you, it is not great.

      Flexible work, get discount for Superdrug which is useful.

      Cons

      It really was the blind leading the blind, poor management trying to do the bare minimum. Hiring less than capable staff and so it meant that everyone was poorly trained. Also meant poor staff retention rate
