Pros

Company does good for the community- They believe in recycling responsibly-

Cons

There is NO work-life balance- Any level of employee is made to feel guilty is they need to be away from work, even for extreme reasons. One co-Manager used to tell her subordinates to apologize to her once they returned to work for being absent. It becomes toxic & upper management puts blinders on

Pros

Best reason - no mental usage required !

Cons

Everything !! Over worked underpaid they make employees hang clothes of of a rack onto sales floor in 10-12 minutes. There may be 60 items or more on rack to hang. You must write your becoming one down then when finished right your finished time down. Production supervisor lied and said she wanted it that way so she would have extra racks available. Come to find out it was to weed put the employees who couldn’t keep up with the time. It took me 35 minutes to hang one rack. After that I was done ! You must tag a rack in 10-11 minutes again May be 60 clothing items or more. And stabbing your fingers and hands constantly with needle of tag gun! Where is OSHA when you need them. Very unhealthy and insanitary working conditions not to mention the biohazards. Some managers are nice and others are down right rude and mean! It’s a very dangerous place to work and very low paying. It’s the hardest job I have ever had and most low paying job I’ve ever had. I have had constant lower back and leg pain for weeks. I’ve been there for slightly over 1 month and I am quitting! I also have neck and should pain. Can you imagine standing in one spot on a concrete floor and tagging clothes for 4 hours straight ?!?! It’s a horrible place to work and you cannot buy anything that has been newly placed on the sales floor!! Just dumb!! The owners are worth trillions of dollars and they pay their entry level employees $11.40 an hour!! The get all of their products free from donating citizens and Amy item that do not sale they donate to large corporations and get paid to donate them. They are corrupt from the beginning to the end!! Do not work for this company!! You will regret it !! Most of their employees that have been there over a few years are convicted felons and cannot find jobs elsewhere!!
