Pros

The PEOPLE are AMAZING ! My coworkers were the only reason I survived that work place for a whole year! You get to learn a lot about vintage, clothes worth, and you get to see a lot of cool things. The employee discount was very handy!

Cons

THE way the management transfers aggression to the employees is so uncalled for. YOU are standing for long periods of time doing the same thing over and over while being timed 8min for sorting full rack of clothes. If you don’t meet the 8min time you get a warning. You get very sick easily because of the dust and the donated things you deal with. I’ve seen excrements in some bags donated. I’ve seen glass in some. It’s just not worth minimum wage!
