Pros

The items that are donated can be really cool, and it's not like a typical retail job where you're restricted to only front-staff positions.

Cons

Head office prioritizes quantity over quality, meaning that staff are unable to be as thorough as they could to ensure high-quality items. Pricing is out of hand, it is embarrassing that we are sometimes incapable of making items cheaper than their original price; specifically, Dollar Store and Walmart. While our customers aren't perfect, the attitude our staff has towards them can be unpleasant; they assume customers are always trying to rip off the store or steal when it's a small minority. All our customers want is to save money, and we have failed them in that regard.
