Pros

Several benefits such as: quarterly bonuses for going over quota. Face to face contact with supervisor, manager and store manager. Safety is a priority. Flexible with hours and needs. Raises of around 30 to 40 cents annually and reviews every 6 months. Management is concerned for your wellbeing and tries to cater to it by rotating positions.

Cons

Sometimes work can be overwhelming and management pushes hard for quota and exceeding it. Depending on the manager, they don’t listen to your needs.
