Mainly good people work here. Works with valuable charitable partners

Cons

Head Office cares little about employees. Store Managers feel entitled. SM’s typically do little to no work while degrading and belttling Production Managers, Retail Sales Managers and Supervisors - sometimes in front of f/t and p/t staff. Company truly only cares about the bottom line. Company fraudulently reported all hard goods (ie - housewares) donated actually benefitted charitable partners for years, they only started giving money to charities for these items in 2017.

Nice to work with a company that serves a purpose and with a cause which is to support the Canadian diabetics association , a lot of opportunities and learnings at stake , reaching out to the third world countries
