Pros

I enjoyed working with the people there, they were very friendly and helpful. The work was easy to learn and not too straining.

Cons

The tasks you are assigned to are very repetitive, it's easy to get tired of what you are doing. It's not a great place to work if you have allergies to dust. Very little room for professional growth. Minimum wage position.

Pros

Community impact is significant. Take care of their people, fair, accommodating.

Cons

Cannot think of any cons. Perhaps more control over local marketing plans.

Pros

Bonus, health coverage, RRSP matching, sick days, floater, discount and much more Looks like past TM'S forgot that valuevillage has great Values

Cons

This is a con but they don't hide the fact when hired that it's full time or part time employment. Yes, it is dirty at times but again it is a thrift store. It is in the job discription. They are cons but yet they do tell you up front.
