Saviynt is growing magnanimously, join if you wish to grow in leaps and bounds this is the place you need to be, this is the right time to join the organisation. The managers are all ears when it comes to any suggestion for process improvement. They have a very receptive HR team, a special mention to Sanya & Sandip from the HR team for being helpful at every step. One of the best products in the market.

Cons

The variable pay structure can be a slightly tweeked to quarterly or bi-annual payouts rather than yearly
