      Not a great company to work for

      Pros

      A product with great potential which is finding its foothold in the industry. A fast paced environment forces you to be on your toes. The company is little flexible when compared to other IT giants like Wipro. The team culture is good.

      Cons

      Indian office/operations has "no registration" at the time of this writing. Poor facilities & compensation. Below average ethics/credibility. Mediocre management. I repeat, Indian office/operations has "no registration" at the time of this writing.

      Pros

      At Saviynt I am surrounded by smart and inspiring people, with high spirit at all level from the high to the bottom. Caring and Happy working and team player environment.

      Cons

      I believe anyone who works at a perfect company like Saviynt will not like to go work anywhere else. so we keep our hard work to stay and grow with the company .
