Excellent fast growth company with /impressive product and colleagues

Pros

Saviynt is a cyber rocket ship with an excellent product and a group of leaders making smart decisions. Saviynt has been able to assemble talent from varied market-leading technology companies, so it has a very strong employee pool of people who understand leading organization best practices, and who are engaged, helpful, and willing to help one another.

Cons

Many employees of Saviynt are remote and in different time zones, and some people prefer to work with other in a traditional office environment. For me, the remote-friendly culture is perfect and fits my work style, as there are many opportunities to travel, attend Saviynt events, and work with colleagues in person.

Cons

The management is horrible...Managers and work style keeps changing every month. They make you work like robots and no perks given. I liked Saviynt as a product, but the management really needs to improve.

Great company to be a part of. Relevant products and thought leadership around AI and other emerging trends. Product & platform constantly improving.

Sometimes ELT direction is inconsistent. Trying to overly systemize things.
