there are many but there are few which I would like to mention :- always welcome new tools and technology :-CTO knows best coding practice design and encourage to do the same :-Fixed Appraisal cycle and it never missed no matter its COVID pandemic or other issue

- Genuine originality of the Product ideas (this is very rare) - Fast pace execution with no management bureaucracy - Even cross functional teams try to work as one - Always ready to help. I’ve been in this company for almost a year now and I’ve not seen this in any other company where the manager, directors and even C level are a just ping away - Trying to maintain a flat structure overall - Good working atmosphere - Better paymasters

Cons

- Work life balance can be improved with some help from people manager and the management overall! - Needs a bit more structure to people enablement on hire
