      Pros

      Flexibility in working hours, managers are quite helpful if a life crisis or situation comes up, they are very understanding.

      Cons

      I cant think of any but it depends on the teams. my team has been good so far.

      Great Team. So many opportunities to grow and learn.

      Cons

      Sometimes late working hours, long meetings and half of the company are offshore. Time management with the offshore teams makes work sometimes challenging.

      Pros

      senior developers help you a lot in learning about the services and the tools that the company uses. there's a relief in communicating with the team members about any issue that you have.

      Cons

      the onboarding process is a bit slow but it also depends on what team you are working in, not necessarily a con but it's something that could be made better.
