Benefits have slowly tightened up in recent years, esp. after the transition from Pearson to Savvas. Financial rewards are not always a direct reflection of one’s own performance. During peak seasons one can expect multiple long work days and weeks, often exceeding sixty hours per week for eight to twelve weeks.

Some legacy processes and systems are not as efficient and agile as they could be.
