Savvas is a very exciting place to work. Our focus on providing innovative learning solutions to students in the US and across the world makes our work so important. It is really fulfilling to be part of a team that is doing so much good for individuals and the communities we serve. I love working with people from all across the country who share my passion for helping others succeed and we have a lot of fun doing it.

Pros

Company culture! Savvas cares about their employees and customers. I feel valued and supported. Diversity and inclusion are very important here at Savvas. Very collaborative work environment. Wonderful benefits such as: medical, dental & vision insurance starting on day one, paid time off, training, and a matching 401K, just to name a few.

Cons

I can honestly say there are no cons working here. This is a wonderful community of people who are dedicated to making sure teachers and administrators have what they need so their students can be the best the can be!

Savvas is a leader in developing technology-first curriculum that seeks to expands equity and access for all learners. Savvas values a diverse workforce and the leadership sets the tone for creating a culturally responsive workplace. Savvas Learning is purposeful in developing curriculum that promotes and includes Culturally Responsive Teaching. As a member of the CA Team, I have had only positive and supportive interactions with colleagues and managers. I have grown professionally and personally as a result of working with exceptional professionals and kind individuals.
