Remote or non-remote, what can I say?

Cons

- You are doing several positions for little pay - Work/Life balance does not exist in traffic more than actually working remote. - Micromanagement - If there is more than one educational consultant in the same area servicing different districts, one is doing more work than the other, and both still get the same pay. (Each client is different) - Still is not fair - Upper Management is horrible

The people I have had the opportunity to work with have all been very supportive, helpful, and positive.

Cons

It can be a little overwhelming at first with all of the trainings that need to be completed, but once you find your rhythm it evens out.
