Zero onboarding processes or consistency. Manager repeatedly verbally harrassed, micro-managed, contradicted, condescended to, crossed professional boundaries despite over 3 conversations with management and HR. There is a forced, hostile energy on the team and while the problem person (or people) are well known of, management and HR do nothing but "wish you the best in the situation improving soon". My mental health had never been lower, in my entire working life of over 20+ years. I'd never have left if I didn't absolutely dread working for this person every single day.
