Savvas Learning Company has the most stellar onboarding and training for new employees. The trainings are in depth and explicit, most are at your own pace so you can learn at your own pace. You are appointed several mentors to reach out to when assistance is needed. You have several check-ins throughout the week.

Cons

Since I am a tech savvy person this was not a problem for me, but with this role you must be tech savvy. Meaning knowing how to navigate Canvas courses, utilize a Mac, etc.
