      Great Place To Work

      Pros

      I have worked at Savvas for almost a year and I can confidently say it is a great place to work. Even though I work from home most of the time, I have been able to create great working relationships with my colleagues. My team collaborates often and supports me when I need it. It has been a great transition out of the classroom.

      Cons

      There is an adjustment period when you are not used to working remote. Learning balance is key, but once I learned that, I have had a great experience.
