      Pros

      - Leadership is very supportive - Day to day independence - Reasonable duties - A great way to make a huge impact in education without the stressors of being in the classroom - I am incredibly happy in this position from being a burnt-out teacher! I have joy again at work.

      Cons

      - Some clients/assignments are more challenging than others - Travel schedules can get tiring

      Amazing products & colleagues

      Pros

      The programs are designed to promote a rich, diverse education to all learners. Other consultants are helpful and work well to inform each other of details working with districts to provide background knowledge, as do many account managers and inside sales members. Some districts are very organized and partake in planning and schedules for each PD.

      Cons

      There aren’t enough full time consultants to provide services while the company is expanding at a rapid pace. Unreasonable expectations with working full days in districts then commuting to the next state with minimal time to prepare for these days in districts. Creates burnout and hard to provide your best services on little sleep. Telling more disorganized districts you need proper time to receive information before a PD isn’t reinforced.
