The senior leadership up through the CEO is transparent in vision and goals. It feels as if we are all moving in the same direction to achieve those goals. There is really a team feeling when senior level employees all the way through to the critical field employees, whether part-time or full-time work together to meet our customer needs. Yes, this is a business but it's a successful one due to this collaborative culture and creative yet strategic thinking we close gaps for our customers. Savvas has excellent benefits that have remained steady through the pandemic years to now. They have also worked over the last few years on compensation analysis to close gaps in comp. for similar roles.
