Pros

I've worked in a number of different companies in education and technology, and Savvas is amazing in how much it really cares about employees as well as customers. The mission of helping teachers and students is also always a major inspiration. Great support for remote work and distributed teams.

Cons

As with any larger company, sometimes things can take a bit longer and require more coordination than would be ideal, but overall just a great place to be.

Savvas is a great company and truly values its employees. They understand the meaning of work/life balance; they promote a positive working atmosphere and offer fabulous benefits. Savvas encourages it’s employees to take advantage of professional development opportunities and supports company growth and advancement. I am lucky to have worked for this company (formerly Pearson) for over 20 years and am always amazed to witness how much of an impact we have on student learning!
