      Pros

      After being a contractor as well as a full-time dev for many years, this is honestly the best place I have worked for. Not going to lie, I told my friend who is looking for a job and told him I am actually happy. Wierd to say. We are treated like adults, the teams are amazing to work with and are immensely helpful to new hires.

      Cons

      I really do not have any, maybe the documentation.

      If you are single, workaholic and like to work 24x7, feel free to join this company.

      Cons

      No work from home policy, company would love to see you in the office 24x7 work policy, everybody just works and works Won't grant leaves easily, even if you have some time off, they can take it away from you No respect for employees Managers like to yell here, slavery Forget about appraisals Low salary
