      Pros

      My job has a lot of flexibility which is great for me. An example of how this company takes care of its employees is that in June during Covid quarantine, salaries were cut by 20%. In November, they gave us back every penny that they had cut. I was with Pearson Learning for 15 years before we transitioned to Savvas Learning. It has been touch and go at some points, but I am happy with how things are going now.

      Cons

      Not very many complaints, other than there is lots of "busy work" for sales reps. The amount grew over Covid, which was expected. However, now that we are back busier than ever, the expectation is still that the busy work must be done.

      Losing touch with customers, Eliminating benefits

      Pros

      There are a lot of really good employees, but lack of trust and poor decision making by upper management suppresses their ability to create superior products.

      Cons

      They've eliminated all maternity benefits, Claim to care about diversity and eliminating racial bias, but refuse to fund basic materials that make learning more accessible by all students, unless they're white and speak English. Incredibly low to innovate. Success isn't measured by quality of materials, but by relative sales compared to competitors.
