      Not Great For Career Development

      Pros

      Fully remote. PTO is easy to request for. Corporate provides subscription to Calm App, which is cool.

      Cons

      No onboarding, and no company culture. Doesn't feel like leadership management really cares about career development.

      Great company for entry level

      Pros

      Very open and understanding seniors/principal developers. Everyone is more than happy to act as mentors and guide new graduates.

      Cons

      Salary and skill stagnation are very real here, not much new tech/innovation and it's easy to fall behind. The pay is more aligned with publishing than it is software.

      Small teams, so work is divided among fewer individuals No diversity Less pay for the amount of work done by the individuals
